IMAT develops capability to conceptualize, prototype and test interactive artifacts and experiences that combine the creative arts with computer and electronics-based technologies.

Dual degree, Transnational Education (TNE) Program

A 2-year graduate program on a full-time basis, students spend 5 terms studying in Manila and 1 term in London. Upon completion of the program, students earn a Master of Science/Master in Innovation through Media Arts Technology from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master of Science in Media and Arts Technology from Queen Mary University of London.

ACT-IHE TNE Scholarships

There are 3 Access and Competitiveness through Internationalisation of Higher Education (ACT-IHE) TNE Scholarship slots available for those accepted into the  IMAT dual degree program. This scholarship grant from the British Council and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) covers the tuition fees and living allowances for the entire duration of the program.

IMAT Single Degree Format

Ateneo de Manila University offers a single degree format of the Master of Science in Innovation through Media Arts Technology (MS IMAT) and the Master in Innovation through Media Arts Technology (MIMAT).
